at Villas We offer a wide range of dishes from our menu for your selection-respectfully considering the tastes and preferences of your guests. All necessary tableware are included, so as to offer a sense of Japanese etiquette and cuisine at your Agean location. We have a large range of sake, shochu & umeshu for your selection. Chef Kazuaki-san can be present offering any explanation when asked to prepare your meal in the order you so select.

Events Catering

We can provide sushi, appetizers or finger foods, sushi buffet or any other particular set-up requested, for any event, such as weddings, parties, anniversaries, corporate dinners etc.

Yacht Catering

From casual to formal, a Japanese meal for a group of diners can be provided as so requested.

Consulting, Training or Private Lessons

Basic training in sushi preparation for business purposes including menu preparation and food-cost analysis can be provided by Mr. Kazuaki. In case of private lessons for personal purposes, Mr. Kazuaki can offer his know-how to anyone who is keen to learn!

Delivery

We can also deliver any dish from our menu to your selected location in our Japanese sushi delivery packages including the necessities (chopsticks, soy sauce, dipping bowls etc.)
